When will my order arrive?
Every piece is printed to order in California. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the US. You will receive tracking the moment it ships.
Is the canvas ready to hang?
Yes. Every canvas arrives gallery-wrapped on a wooden stretcher frame with hanging hardware considerations — no framing needed. Open the box, hold it to the wall, done.
What sizes do you offer?
Two sizes: 16 × 20 in (perfect for desks, entries and gallery walls) and 24 × 36 in (a statement above a sofa or bed). Every product page includes an In-Your-Room view at true scale.
Quality
How is the print quality?
We print on cotton canvas using archival inks, from the highest-resolution museum sources available — most of our masterpieces come from open-access collections of The Met, the Louvre, the Getty and the Rijksmuseum.
What is the story card?
Every order includes a hand-lettered card telling the story of your artwork — who painted it, why it matters, and why we chose it. It is our signature, and it makes gifting effortless.
Returns & Exchanges
What if it doesn't fit my space?
Your first exchange is free — and if your piece was a gift, that free exchange extends to the recipient. Reach out within 30 days and we will make it right.
What if it arrives damaged?
We replace damaged arrivals at no cost, no return required. Send us a photo and a new one goes into production.
