We publish the flat measurement of every garment, not just a range of body sizes. If a number here does not match what arrives, tell us and we will fix both the garment and the chart.
How we measure
Every garment is laid flat and measured with a steel tape. Half chest is measured 2.5 cm below the armhole, across one side only. Body length is measured from the high point of the shoulder straight down to the hem. Tolerance is about 2 cm, which is normal for garment-dyed cotton.
The First Light Tee
Relaxed body, standard set-in shoulder. Our fit model is 182 cm and 75 kg and wears L. If you are between sizes, size up for length.

The Gratitude Cap
One size, adjustable at the back, fitting about 54 to 60 cm. The crown is deliberately low and unstructured, so it sits closer to the head than a structured trucker cap.
If your shoulders are narrower than your chest
This is common and it is not a problem to solve by buying a larger size. On the boxy tee, take your usual size. The dropped shoulder is already cut wide, and sizing up only carries the seam further down the arm and loses the line. On the standard tee, size up only if you want more length, not more width.
If your arms or legs are shorter than the size chart assumes
Most American brands grade sleeves and inseams for a longer arm and leg. We would rather you know that in advance than discover it at home. Tell us your height and weight in a note at checkout and we will tell you honestly which size we would send you, before we make it.
Free first exchange
If the size is wrong, the first exchange is free. It also extends to the person you gave it to, so a gift is never stuck at the wrong size.
What arrives
One garment, complete. Nothing is sold separately and nothing needs assembly. What you see on the product page is what comes in the box.
